The Women in Business Club is dedicated to empowering women and gender-diverse students at Mount Royal University to pursue and succeed in business careers. We aim to build a supportive community that fosters confidence, professional growth, and meaningful connections through networking, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Our goal is to help close the gender gap in business leadership by preparing our members to step into those roles with confidence.
