Club Mission
The purpose of the MRU Sociology Club is to provide a space for all sociology students to get together and hangout. Our club is super fun and we host lots of game nights! The MRU Sociology Club aims to provide a space for students enrolled in the BA Sociology program to network with other BA Sociology students. A benefit that SAMRU members will get from joining our club is a sense of community, fun, friends, and a chance to win a Tim Horton’s gift card if they win a game that we host etc.
Club Description
The MRU Sociology Club operates by planning events through monthly meetings. Our events include online game nights, where we play a game and the two winners receive a Tim Horton’s gift card; potlucks, which are sometimes collaborative events with other SAMRU clubs; and a few card game events. We just hope to positively impact everyone who attends, leaving them with feelings of joy!
