The Women In Aviation exists to provide a space geared towards the women within MRU’s Aviation Diploma Program, as well as the Bachelor of Aviation Management to help gain connections with other alumni as well as other women within the industry.

Empowering and inspiring generations of women in aviation by fostering a supportive community that promotes growth, education and opportunities. We are dedicated to elevating voices, and creating pathways in which women can thrive. From flying to leadership roles, we ensure an inclusive and diverse environment for future generations of women within Mount Royals’ Aviation Program.
