Club Account
All clubs are required to hold a club account through SAMRU. SAMRU will automatically establish an account for your club upon ratification. You can check your balance or request a transaction report by emailing the Clubs Coordinator.

Reimbursement
To be reimbursed for approved expenses, submit the Payment Request Form with original receipts. Processing takes approximately 5–10 business days.
Fundraising
All fundraising activities must be approved in advance through the Activity Approval Process. Funds raised must be deposited into your club account, and external sponsorships must follow SAMRU guidelines.

Club Deposit
Cash or cheques from club fundraisers or ticket sales must be deposited directly with the Clubs Coordinator. Deposits are processed into your club account within 3–5 business days.
