How to Get Reimbursed

Get Approval

Have your budget and purchases approved by three SAMRU Liaisons / Signing Authorities.

Save Receipts

Keep the original receipts, and make digital copies of itemized receipt(s) for backup.

Complete Payment Request Form

Check the box for Club Account, attach receipts, and get three Signing Authorities to sign the form.

Submit Form

A Signing Authority should email the form to the Clubs Coordinator, and cc all the other Signing Authorities.

Grab the Payment Request Form to submit your reimbursement. Processing takes approximately 5–10 business days.
