MRU Catering (Chartwells)
All events held in MRU spaces that involve catering must go through MRU catering (Chartwells), as they have a right-to-first-refusal around campus catering.

External caterers may be permitted after consultation with Chartwells
- External caterers are typically approved when clubs have budgetary dietary restrictions that Chartwells can’t meet
- Clubs will receive an official confirmation from Chartwells when they are approved for external catering. You’ll need to keep track of as you may be required to present this to MRU Scheduling Staff on the day of the event!

Potlucks are allowed for closed/member events only, and must have signage indicating it is a Potluck
A waiver must be signed to bring external catering to the West Gate Social Event.
