Step Breakdown
Process Overview:
✅ Recruit a minimum of 3 signing authorities and 10 members, all of whom must be current credit students.
✅ Fill out all required fields in the Signing Authority documents. Ensure all Signing Authorities have signed.

💡 Fill out this form whenever your club updates its signing authorities or liaison to keep SAMRU records up to date.
Reminder 🔔
- Clubs are allowed to change their Signing Authorities throughout the year, whether they add, replace, or lose Signing Authorities. When these changes occur, you will need to submit the “Change of SAMRU Liaison/Signing Authorities” document
Minimum Club Requirements
Each club is required to have 3 to 4 Signing Authorities and at least 10 members.
Student Status Verification
All Signing Authorities and members are required to be credit students at Mount Royal University. Student IDs and the school email are required to be provided for verification.
Handwritten Signatures
All signing Authorities have to provide handwritten signatures
Complete the SAMRU Liaison/Signing Authority Agreement & Membership Verification document and submit via the Ratification Form.
Constitution
📝 Now that your SAMRU Liaison/Signing Authority Agreement & Membership Verification is complete. It’s time to prepare the Constitution.
