Strategy: The Research Mentorship Club will pursue its purpose by: Facilitating mentorship between upper-year undergraduate students and lower-year undergraduate students interested in research; Delivering workshops and training sessions focussed on research skills, ethics, academic writing, data literacy, and presentation skills; Creating opportunities for participants to collaborate on small-scale research and inquiry-based projects under guided mentorship; Hosting academic events such as research showcases, panel discussions, and information sessions related to undergraduate research pathways; Engaging in outreach and collaboration with other student clubs, faculty members, and campus resources to promote a culture of ethical, inclusive, and accessible research engagement. The Research Mentorship Club envisions a supportive and inclusive research community in which students develop confidence, curiosity, and foundational research skills, enabling them to pursue academic excellence, leadership, and informed contributions to their academic disciplines and the broader community
