The mission of the Society of Broadcasting is to facilitate success and passion for Broadcast Media in students across campus, to unify and support all members of the Society, and to enrich student experience in campus life with the combined talent and energy of our members.
Club Description
The Society of Broadcasting will host networking events, media production workshops, guest speaker panels, and film screenings. We will also offer hands-on opportunities for members to create content across various platforms—radio, television, podcasting, and digital media—while fostering connections with industry professionals and alumni. We envision a vibrant, inclusive space where students develop their creative voice, technical skills, and professional confidence. Through mentorship, collaboration, and community engagement, the Society of Broadcasting aims to empower future media leaders, elevate student storytelling, and contribute to a more informed, diverse, and connected campus and world.
